• Enquiry data: name, email, phone, country, travel dates, traveller count, message.
• Technical data: IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, referral source.
• Consent records for cookies and marketing.

3. Purposes and lawful bases

• Answering enquiries and preparing your contract — steps taken at your request before contracting.
• Delivering booked services and support — performance of a contract.
• Accounting, tax and complaint handling — legal obligation.
• Analytics and marketing — your prior consent, withdrawable at any time.

4. Sharing

We share data with hosting and IT providers, payment processors and the tour or travel partners needed to deliver your trip (Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР), and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. Retention

Enquiries 24 months; contracts and accounting records 5 years; marketing consent records until withdrawal plus 3 years; analytics 14 months.

6. Your rights

Under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3992-IX you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to contact@brynxis.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to your local EU/EEA supervisory authority.

7. Cookies, advertising, security

Non-essential cookies and marketing tags load only after consent. Advertising is identified as advertising and is not misleading (Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР). We apply technical and organisational safeguards; transfers outside Ukraine rely on appropriate safeguards.

Service, total price, material terms and refund rights are disclosed before contracting (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII, ст. 4 Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів»).
