Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of brynxis.com and any booking enquiry you send through it.

1. Seller identity

2. Enquiry, not a purchase

The form is a booking enquiry only. Submitting it does not create a contract, reserve a place or take payment. A contract arises only when we confirm availability and price in writing.

3. Prices and mandatory fees

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) unless stated otherwise. Mandatory fees such as entry tickets, local taxes, transport levies and insurance are itemised before you confirm. Total price, material terms and risks are disclosed per Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII, ст. 4 Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів».

4. Tour programmes

We act as tour organiser. Itinerary, transport arrangements, accommodation and cancellation or refund terms are disclosed per Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР. Routes or schedules may change for safety, weather or operator reasons; we inform you before departure.

5. Advertising

Commercial content is identifiable as advertising and is not misleading; prices and material conditions are shown clearly per Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР.

6. Liability

We are liable for our obligations under Ukrainian law. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, third-party carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Personal data

Form data is processed per Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3992-IX, with consent given before submission.
