Includes accommodation, transport, guide and excursions listed in the offer; excludes insurance, visas, optional activities, personal expenses and local taxes unless stated. Total price and material terms are clear before booking under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII, ст. 4 Закону України «Про захист прав споживачів» and Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР.

Itinerary, transport and accommodation

The offer sets the day-by-day itinerary, carrier, route, accommodation category and meal basis. Material changes before departure offer acceptance, a substitute arrangement or a refund under Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР.

Insurance and visas

Insurance, visas and travel documents are the traveller's responsibility unless expressly included.

Cancellation terms and refund timing are in the offer. Complaints: contact@brynxis.com. You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Держпродспоживслужба) or to court under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII, Держпродспоживслужба.
