05 / Changes

The change procedure is written before you pay

Every itinerary on this page is sold under the same published rule: if we alter the route in a way that matters, you choose the remedy. Nothing here is negotiated after departure.

Material change
A departure moved by more than 12 hours, a city removed from the route, a reduction of nights in any city, or a change of transport mode on a sector longer than 4 hours.
Notification window
We notify you in writing at least 21 days before departure. If a change becomes known later than that, we tell you the same day we confirm it, by email and by phone.
Your three options
An equivalent replacement itinerary of the same length, a proportionate partial refund for the altered portion, or a refund of the unused services in full. You are not charged a fee for choosing.
Reply window
You have 7 calendar days from our written notice to choose. If we hear nothing, the equivalent replacement is held for you and the refund options stay open until 48 hours before departure.
Minor adjustments
Hotel of the same category, a departure time shifted by under 12 hours, or a reordered landmark visit. These are notified without compensation and never change the number of nights.
